Most internships teach you how to wait.
This one teaches you how to build. For 30 working days, you work on a real project with real mentors, using the same AI tools our teams use on live client work. No busywork. No shadowing. Just work that goes live.
The internship
Not for fulfilling a graduation requirement. This is what a real job feels like.
From day one you get real tasks, real context, and direct access to the people building the product. Work solo or in a team, at your own pace, with honest reviews that tell you exactly where you stand and what to fix next.
A real project
You work on something that has a purpose and goes live. Not a sandbox exercise — a real deliverable, built in a professional environment alongside our team.
The actual tools
We give you a Claude Code license and everything else our teams use in real work. You leave knowing how to use tools that actually matter, not tools built for classrooms.
Honest feedback
Regular reviews with concrete feedback on what worked, what didn't, and what to try next. Not a grade, but a real conversation that helps you grow as a developer.
A live demo
At the end of 30 days you present what you built and walk us through how you thought. The work speaks for itself.
A real reference
A reference that means something, from people who watched you work. Plus access to a network of developers, project managers, and clients.
A shot at the scholarship
The best performers get an offer for a 12-month paid internship, with the possibility to stay. If you stand out, we'll make sure you know it.
First things first
Everything starts with AI talk.
Before the internship, there's an AI presentation. Led by our project managers, people who use AI daily, not people who read about it. Come see what AI actually looks like when there are deadlines, clients, and real goals on the line.
The presentation
Not the kind where someone reads slides at you. This one is different.
By the end, you'll know exactly what the internship looks like and how to apply. No guessing, no chasing info afterwards.
AI and product development
What's actually changed, how teams go from idea to prototype today, and why AI is now a standard part of the development workflow.
AI tools in practice
The tools worth knowing, when to use which, and how to move fast without wasting hours going in circles on the same problem.
AI in teams and processes
How marketing, HR, and finance teams are automating work, where it saves the most time, and what that looks like from the inside.
The right mindset
How to ask better questions, work iteratively, check your results, and use technology as amplification, not a replacement for thinking.
Internship and selection
Exactly what the process looks like, how to prepare for it, and what we actually look for in candidates. No surprises.
Q&A
Ask our people anything about tools, workflow, and what the internship is really like day to day. No scripted answers.
