Stop Buying Software.
Off-the-shelf software fits everyone, and no one. You bend your team around the tool and run on workarounds. The real cost isn't the license. It's everything you give up to make it work.
Why this model is outdated
The rules have changed.
Software was expensive to build.
Custom development meant large teams, long timelines, and massive budgets. Only enterprises could afford it.
Customization was risky.
Building from scratch meant betting on architecture decisions that couldn't be easily changed later.
AI did not exist.
Every feature required manual coding. Every automation needed explicit rules. Intelligence was not an option.
Architecture is modular.
Modern frameworks let us build fast, change easily, and scale without rewriting. What took months now takes weeks.
AI reduces development time.
I accelerates every stage, from prototyping to testing to deployment. The cost equation has fundamentally shifted.
Automation replaces repetitive work.
Tasks that used to need dedicated staff can now be handled by intelligent systems, 24/7, without errors.
What you can rely on
That's why we built these.
The paradigm shifted, and so did we. These are the services designed to give you back full control over your software.
Questions
What companies ask before they automate anything.
The questions our clients ask us most often, and our answers, as if you were sitting with us over coffee.
Still have a question we haven't answered?
Write to usWhich business processes can you automate?
Any process that repeats. Sales, marketing, HR, procurement, logistics, finance, it doesn't matter which department it sits in. The test is simple. If someone on your team does the same thing every Monday, in the same order, a system can do it instead.
Why not just buy an off-the-shelf tool?
Packaged ERP and CRM products make you adapt your process to the software. We do the opposite and build the system around how your team already works. You stop paying for features nobody opens, and for workflows the tool invented.
See what we buildWe know something is wrong but not where to start. What then?
That is what the AI Process Lab is for. We map how your work actually runs: invoicing, order handling, reporting, approvals, the webshop talking to the ERP. The audit comes first, the software second.
See how the AI Process Lab worksDo we have to replace our ERP or accounting system?
No. Existing ERP, CRM and accounting systems are usually integrated rather than replaced, because replacing something that already works is rarely the cheapest answer. A custom layer goes only where the standard product does not fit the way you actually work.
What if our software has no API?
We use RPA, software that operates the interface the way a person would: opening the screen, reading the field, typing the value, clicking save. That covers the older systems that were never built to be connected to anything, which is most of them.
Will automation cost people their jobs?
Not in what we build. What gets removed is retyping data between systems, chasing approvals, and compiling the same report every week for someone who skims it. The team keeps the work that needs judgment, and gets back the hours the repetition was eating.
