Reports that build themselves, so managers stop losing half the month to Excel.
SKUP is a web app we built for Goodwill Pharma. It pulls sales numbers straight from their business system (ERP) and turns them into ready-made reports, so managers no longer build them by hand in Excel.
See it in action
Every sales number, ready to read.
Where the year stands
Plan against realisation by month and region, colour coded, so gaps show before the quarter closes.
How it compares
Own sales set against data on the whole pharma market, so the company sees its share, not just its own numbers.
What each rep carries
Every plan entry by rep, product and municipality, imported once, filtered any way the team needs.
By the numbers
What SKUP replaced.
The transformation
From a pile of spreadsheets to one screen.
Before
Every month, the people who should have been thinking about hiring, performance and next steps sat down to build reports instead. Around half of each month went into Excel.
Every manager built their own version, in their own file, with their own sheets. Nothing matched, and nothing was ready on time.
The director got his numbers weeks late. The data was already in the ERP, and nobody could get it out.
Now
SKUP reads directly from the ERP and produces the reports the company needs: by period, by product, by market.
The director opens one screen and sees the current state, today, without waiting for anyone.
Managers went back to the work they were hired for: planning campaigns, choosing target groups, deciding which products to add and which to retire.
What else we built for them
Beyond reporting, three things the team uses every day.
They needed to know what to order and when
Stock forecast
Sales and production plans, stock, contracted deliveries and expiry dates in one view. The sales director sees what to order, which contract to change and what expires soon.
They needed reports the ERP could not give them
Reports built around the business
The ERP holds the data but is slow and expensive to change. SKUP sits on top of it and shapes the reports the way the company thinks, without touching the ERP itself.
They needed the field and the market in one picture
Field and market tracking
Visits to doctors and pharmacies, domestic and export sales, and a comparison with data on the whole pharma market, so the company sees its own numbers next to the market's.
THE RESULT
Decisions made on today's numbers.
Goodwill Pharma runs its reporting, stock planning and market comparison from one system that reads the ERP as it is. The managers who used to build the reports now use them.
