AI that listens to the dentist and draws every tooth as they speak.
Dentlog is an app we are building for dental practices. During the check-up the dentist says out loud what they see, and Dentlog turns it into the patient's chart and a picture of every tooth. Nobody has to stop and type notes.
See it in action
The whole mouth at a glance.
At the chair
Runs on a phone or tablet. The dentist talks, the screen fills in, and nobody has to touch it.
The tooth map
Every tooth drawn as it is today. Tap one to see what was done to it, when and by whom.
What waiting would do
A slider shows the teeth in 3, 5, 10 or 20 years without treatment. An illustration, not a diagnosis.
The transformation
From notes after every patient to a chart that writes itself.
Before
The assistant writes down what the dentist says, or the dentist types it in after the patient leaves.
Notes are free text. A year later nobody can quickly find what was done on which tooth.
To explain why treatment matters, the dentist has only words, and the patient often says "let's wait".
Now
The dentist talks during the check-up and the chart fills in by itself. The assistant's hands stay free for the patient.
Every entry says which tooth, which side and what was done, so any visit can be found in seconds.
The patient sees on the screen what happens if they wait, and decides with the facts in front of them.
What else is inside
Built for health data from day one.
The AI must never diagnose
The dentist decides
Dentlog only writes down what the dentist said. It suggests no treatment, and nothing goes into the chart until the dentist confirms it.
Health data needs extra care
Data stays safe
Charts are stored in the EU, encrypted and kept apart for every practice. Every entry shows who wrote it, when and who confirmed it.
Rooms are noisy, microphones fail
Works without voice too
Everything can also be entered by tapping and typing. Talking only makes it faster, and the chart works fully without it.
THE RESULT
Time at the chair goes to the patient, not the paperwork.
Dentlog will let a practice keep a complete chart that anyone can search, without anyone typing notes. The dentist talks, checks and confirms, and the patient can see why treatment matters.
